Subscription Plans
Credits are included with your subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Business). Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Additional credits can be purchased if needed.
Credit Balance & Tracking
Your current credit balance is always visible in your dashboard. You'll receive notifications when your credits are running low. API calls will fail if you have insufficient credits for the requested operation.
Automatic Refunds
Credits are reserved when you upload a document, consumed after successful processing, and automatically refunded if processing fails. No partial refunds; either full success or failure.
Structured Output & Custom Instructions Surcharge
When you use advanced features like structured output (JSON extraction) or custom instructions, an additional surcharge of +1 credit per page applies to all models. This surcharge is added to the base credit cost:
- • Standard v1: 1 credit (base) + 1 credit (surcharge) = 2 credits/page
- • English Pro v1: 2 credits (base) + 1 credit (surcharge) = 3 credits/page
- • Pro v1: 3 credits (base) + 1 credit (surcharge) = 4 credits/page
Note: Surcharges only apply when you explicitly use structured output features or custom instructions. Basic OCR (markdown output) uses only the base credit cost.
